Mission Statement:

We commit our gifts and talents to God’s will, surrendering ourselves to bring glory to Him. We love God’s church and want to encourage each follower of Christ, individually and collectively, to abide in Him. We know true ministry comes when we first abide in Christ. Apart from Him, we can do nothing. We long to see the upcoming generation of God’s church grow and thrive. In a world where there is division among so many, we believe music is an invitation that unites people. We are committed to producing contemporary Christian music with biblically-based, relevant lyrics. We want to use our music as an invitation to Christ for people both in the church and in the community. We believe in the power of the Gospel and are committed to sharing His Good News with others. In all we do, we want to point people to Jesus.

I have known Nick and Eli Akin all of their lives. They, along with their parents, and brother Davey, have been in our church since 1986, which means Eli was born after the family joined and Nick was only 2. I have watched them grow into godly men. I performed both of their weddings and have watched their families grow. I have had the honor of dedicating all of their children to the Lord. Their father, David Akin, and then “The Akins” have been music evangelists out of Harp’s Crossing Baptist for over 30 years. Now, these two young men have gone out on their own as “Brothers Abiding.”

I can without any reservation recommend them as men, husbands, and fathers as well as musicians who present the message of the gospel in a powerful way! Your church or event will be blessed by them!
